It's kind of difficult for me because I only cook two meals a day. My breakfast and my dinner. I usually eat out for lunch or buy take away. That said, if I really want a no spend day, I may cook 3 meals a day.

Yes, I have done it before. I have been working online for over a decade now, so I usually spend the majority of my time at home. There is no need to spend money after doing the groceries, so there is no need to buy anything else. Hehe. Cooking meals at home is something that I like to do, and when I want to entertain myself, I turn to Netflix or YouTube. The feeling of not having to spend anything in a week or two is a good one.

I have not tried it. It is because I need to set a budget plan every week. So, it is impossible for me not to spend this timeframe religiously. It is a matter of being organized.

Absolutely, I've tried implementing no-spend days or even no spend weeks as a way to reduce unnecessary spending and boost my savings. It's an excellent exercise in mindfulness and separating wants from needs.

Usually I buy supplies that can last for a couple of days and I do not have to spend money until the supply lasts. I work from home so I do not go out too often

For me that is really not a big deal. I can stay without eating for like two days provided my phone is well taken care of.
