Having a no spend day

Have you ever tried out this financial saving method. You set out a day of not spending maybe in a week or two weeks. Have you ever tried it.?

It's kind of difficult for me because I only cook two meals a day. My breakfast and my dinner. I usually eat out for lunch or buy take away. That said, if I really want a no spend day, I may cook 3 meals a day.

Yes, I have done it before. I have been working online for over a decade now, so I usually spend the majority of my time at home. There is no need to spend money after doing the groceries, so there is no need to buy anything else. Hehe. Cooking meals at home is something that I like to do, and when I want to entertain myself, I turn to Netflix or YouTube. The feeling of not having to spend anything in a week or two is a good one.

I have not tried it. It is because I need to set a budget plan every week. So, it is impossible for me not to spend this timeframe religiously. It is a matter of being organized.

I cannot survive without spending at three days intervals. that is too ,such no spending in a week or two weeks ,gosh.

Absolutely, I've tried implementing no-spend days or even no spend weeks as a way to reduce unnecessary spending and boost my savings. It's an excellent exercise in mindfulness and separating wants from needs.
