I have not attended any therapy session. A close friend of mine who has some mental issues attended one. She said the therapist was very professional and helpful.

It depends on what kind of therapy you are talking about. Some of the therapies do not have scientific evidences but still work for instance accupuncture and accupressure.

I have not tried the said treatments yet. Although I had tried some therapeutic regimens of a Physical Therapist. I am familiar with them because I am licenced in this profession.
