For me l am a non alcoholic. But l have heard most alcoholic people saying that. So do you take alcohol to relieve some stress?

No I don't think so. I think it is just for refreshments. There's nothing stress free about alcoholic beverages

I drink alcoholic beverages once in a while, but not as a stress reliever. When I feel stressful, I listen to some relaxing music or go out for a walk.

The answer is no for me. That's because alcohol tends to increase the stress after taking it.

Though l am not a very alcoholic person, l would urge that the taking of the alcohol is never a remedy for relieving of the stress.

I don't think that alcohol relives stress. It just takes your mind momentarily off the situation.

I have never taken alcohol to relieve stress. What I do is to sleep and I feel it is far better than the bottles.

There are no evidence that alcohol actually relieves you from stress, it in fact worsen your conditions.

I do not see it as a way to relax from stress. While you feel it helps you relax, you are over working your organs, which can cause some damage in the future.
