Do you see the taking of alcohol as a stress reliving strategy?

For me l am a non alcoholic. But l have heard most alcoholic people saying that. So do you take alcohol to relieve some stress?

No I don't think so. I think it is just for refreshments. There's nothing stress free about alcoholic beverages

During my younger years, I think it is a good way to relax from being stressed out. Now, I do not drink anymore.

I drink alcoholic beverages once in a while, but not as a stress reliever. When I feel stressful, I listen to some relaxing music or go out for a walk.

Anything taken in moderation is good for health In fact I take a bit of red wine which my doctor has prescribed.

The answer is no for me. That's because alcohol tends to increase the stress after taking it.

Though l am not a very alcoholic person, l would urge that the taking of the alcohol is never a remedy for relieving of the stress.

I don't think that alcohol relives stress. It just takes your mind momentarily off the situation.
