Failure is not only the best teacher in business but also in life. If you have never experience failure in your businezz, there is no way you could learn what could probably affect the businezz so also you won't be able to know how to step up again. There are lessons to be learnt from failure as downfall of a man is not the end of his life.
Failure could be a teacher, but not in the sense many people assume. Failure is important because it helps you identify your mistakes. However, your experience and mentorship is the main thing that helps you teach many different things.
The lesson that you are going to pick up from your failure is something that will always be there to remind you that you should not do the mistake again so as not to fail again.
It serves as an awakening call. When it strikes again, we already have a defense on mind. We never allow that failure to happen again or else our business will turn bankrupt.
We should try learning from our mistakes, we should always see if as learning and not seeing our self as a failed person just because we didn't get it right at first, not everyone get things right at first trial.
I would prefer to learn from the experience of others than wait and experience it myself. You reduce your journey path if you are able to learn and correct yourself from the mistakes of others.
Sometimes, failure has proven to be a very good teacher because we would learn to get it right after you have failed.
