I don't know how it feels to be angry to the point of venting out. I generally don't talk much. I would just ignore everything and the subject of the anger.

Yes, I find that venting can be a helpful way to process emotions and release pent-up frustrations. When I hold grudges, it only weighs me down and consumes my mental energy.
