There are some old people who come to my shop to patronize me and I must say that I’m really glad that they are patronizing me but some of them always stress me and make me talk too much. Some of them also want to start buying on credit.
What do you think I should do to them or how do ton think I can deal with them

You’re right. I also had to adjust my standard because some customers will want to stress life outside of you so I just have to adjust the way I relate with them

I still treat them with respect. The only time I was rude to an older customer was because the man was not acting mature in anyway.

I would treat older customers very nicely. If it is even a queue, I would serve the older customer first.

Older customers should be treated with every form of courtesy. Don't allow them to stress. Give them a chair to sit while you serve them.

I do not mind if loyal customers cause me stress. LOL. I will still be friendly with them because they are loyal to my business.

Just listen to their needs. They are loyal to you and they are best assets. Don't fail them. Show love and understanding.

You have to understand that not all customers are young blood. What makes you a good entrepreneur is your ability to handle all kinds of customers and make them come back.
