Soccer Game on PC using your joysticks is an heavenly feeling for soccer fans. The feel they are in the Field already.

Not a huge fan of soccer, but I have played football on PC before, and even on phone. It is indeed a wonderful feeling and it can be fun when you play it with others.

I played FIFA and PES on PC many times as kid and student. We didn't need console. Just laptop and gaming controller.
