Yes, I believe it is a fun game, though I have never tried it before. Those who play it will certainly have a great time.

Not a huge fan of soccer, but I have played football on PC before, and even on phone. It is indeed a wonderful feeling and it can be fun when you play it with others.

I played FIFA and PES on PC many times as kid and student. We didn't need console. Just laptop and gaming controller.
