Paid leaves in offline jobs? Doesn't happen with private establishments in my place. Only the civil service gives paid leaves.

It is very difficult to get a stable online jobs, likewise there is no benefits such as retirement benefits, pension plans, insurance, etc. in online jobs

I also prefer offline job over online because its relatively secured and you are assured of getting paid for your work and also enjoy certain benefits which are not present in online job
