I agree with you. However, some employers believe that if they are strict, they control things at work better but I think that they are wrong.

I think these days people tend to prefer working online more, or rather they would work both offline and as well online just to earn multiple sources of income, and working online makes this very possible.

I join you with this idea. I am a person who loves to learn new things. As compared to my batchmates in a univesity, it seems that they are left behind for not uplifting themselves with new information technicality. Some of them are not into working online. I, myself can work on both options, online and offline.

That's so right, we need a stable job for old age sake. There's sure deduction of our salary intended for retirement, however, if you have passive income, you can also have a secured life though it may take time to obtain it.
