No, I have never eaten potatoes with peels. Other than hygiene concerns, I do not find the peels delicious. But I do love potatoes. I use them to cook with a lot of foods.
I nevere eat peels of any fruit either, least the potato We boil them sometimes and then remove the peel or scrape the peel
I usually eat baby potatoes with their peels on. I usually order them from a restaurant in Manila, where they add some butter and herbs, which makes it delicious.
