No, I have never eaten potatoes with peels. Other than hygiene concerns, I do not find the peels delicious. But I do love potatoes. I use them to cook with a lot of foods.

Yes the peels are very nutritious. Most times we usually boil it with the back, then sometimes I eat it like that, while other times I usually remove it. Though I like it without the peels more.

Nobody eat potatoes with peels at least here in my country. Even when we boil it then we separate peel and then smash and mix some red chilli and then combine with our light rice and enjoy a superb meal.
