I know in the past to get around the merge, I deleted my last post and then reposted. But it isn't always a good idea to do so, as a past post might have important info in it. And yes, I agree that there should be some time limit before the automerge stops merging, or not apply in certain places.

The biggest thing I am aware of when it comes down to rental properties, is reinvesting what was earned through rent, back into the property as needed. If you have someone renting, that is willing to take care of the property, you have one less issue to deal with to make sure the property...

Well, I've always was told by my father that if you don't have enough to keep your business idea running for atleast 1 year, and to even pay yourself at the same time, it's probably not worth it to run your own business otherwise.

Yeah, I personally would hate getting braces. My younger sister has had them on and off since 14 I think, and haven't had the dedication and time to use the item they provide after taking them off to help keep them straight. Not sure how long she has had the current set.
