    BuySellAds is something I still use plenty. It's a marketplace. We have some success with it, but it's not as profitable as it used to be.

    Renting ones property for money

    Around here, purchasing a property and renting it out makes a lot of sense. You can get a mortgage on a home, and the rent you charge will cover the mortgage payments with a little bit of extra cash on the side.

    I've got a browser add-on installed specifically for this, but I never use it. Just feels weird, especially if there's other people around me.

    I would imagine all of our financial situations have changed a lot in the last five years. I mean, the COVID craziness started four years ago. I'm sure I'm not the only one who was laid off during that time.

    All you can be is honest, but you have to start that conversation with an apology, even if it isn't your own error.

    The fees have made using Bitcoin for transactions impractical, but I still have a little bit invested in it.

    I could probably lock down some money for five years, but I wouldn't. Never know what could change over a five year period.

    Most of my online income comes from Forum Promotion. It's really the only site we actively try to monetize.

    I've got a number of forums, and a few blogs as well. I've got a couple blogs with stores attached to them, but I really haven't put any time into that part of the sites.
