Yesh the ideal thing to do at all times is to employ more hands. but not all companies can afford yiu know this cost effective for some businesses so the others can be used.

Sure if one can't find a full time job it wouldn't be a bad idea to take a part time job but it just that you wouldn't enjoy the perks of the job

Usually regular employees do the work loading. It's part of their job descriptions. They're full time and having good basic salary, The partimers would serve as backup for the loads that cannot be done all by the full time regular.

I agree with you. I also think that the hired employees need to carry-out their job responsibilities. So, it is impossible for them not to cover their respective their tasks.
