The Planner of a Company holds an important job of alerting Management on the pros and cons of running its business in a particular way.

The Planner helps in budgeting, in introducing new products, in creating an employee structure which is about who reports to whom and so on.

The Planner is independent and only reports to the top. A Planner is indispensable to a Company.

I was handling a bit of administration and no I was not a planner The Planner was highly qualified and had access to every Department with the right to have his say.
