In every company, it needs to take consideration of the security issues that may happen among the employees. At some point, some are blinded of telling the truth because of being scared with their colleagues. They do not want to blurt out the wrongdoings in the company. If they do, they are considered the whistleblower. However, it might in danger their lives for being one. What do you think? Does he or she needs to resign if it happens?
