Whilst I have nothing against ad blockers as they are great to prevent ads you do not want to see or any kind of annoying pop-up ads, they can in some cases hurt sites as well especially if they have their site monetized and they already do enough to ensure that the ads they have on their site are not intrusive but people still use an ad blocker. It is the site users personal preference though and I will never force people to turn their ad blocker off but I will ask politely in some way if they could whitelist us which usually helps.

I think ad blockers are very important as they keep the site tidy and clean. It makes the site up and have a Greater user experience, However it reduces the revenue for a monetized site through Google AdSense.

Well, there is nothing you can do. Sometimes you might use add-ons that remind people to show ads, but I have noticed that people will ignore that message and they cannot be forced to stop using ad blocker.

I do not even have the ad blocker extension downloaded on my device because I don't feel the need to, especially on paid to post sites and that's part of what reduces their revenue .
