I am alone in RIf this early morning. I understand people are sleeping. You might be in the middle of your deep sleep. At first, I was so surprised why members are not around. Well, it is Sunday, so I am here utilizing my free time. After some minutes, I will go to the sea to dive for 1 hour and be back here in the afternoon. I am relaxing . The feeling s so cool and awesome. Have a nice Sunday with the Lord.

I also like virgin coconut oil. The kidney stone f my sister dropped into the toilet bowl after drinking VCO for straight one week. It also reduced the creatinine of my nephew before. What do you do with VCO?

I have many uses of VCO. I use it to remove makeup and in addition to oil pulling I also take 2 tablespoon at night before bedtime. The story of your sister is very amazing., how did that happen?! How did she know it's her kidney stone.

She was told by the doctor, Dr.Bautista in Madonna Hospital. I told her to try VCO, and she agreed, so I bought her 2 bottles of VCO. She took 1 tablespoon three times a day morning, afternoon, and evening. It is so effective.

Wow I envy you, knowing how to dive. Me, I don't even know how to do a basic swimming. Hope I could experience sometimes what you are able to enjoy during weekend.
