At a recent client meeting, I was asked to give a 20-minute presentation on language-based activities as part of a Teach Back/Presentation Round. Although I have some experience in delivering soft skills training, I am not a fully trained professional. Nonetheless, I aim to fulfill my client's expectations by delivering a comprehensive presentation. Can you please suggest some points that I can cover in my presentation?

It's hard to suggest how to improve your presentation because that's your own stuff. Each presentation requires personal touch and approach depending on the topic and the audience.

You must give us you presentation or at least niche and some details. Without I can't say much more. If you use PowerPoint presentation there are some general rules: not tu much text or animations, one or max two images per slide.
