Applying for a job that needs experienced hands

What can one do to get a job that want experienced hands when one is just out of school?

There are schools colleges universities or companies that hire only experienced applicants. They like them to start a work without plenty of instructions to prepare.

I think there is nothing eloquence, persuasion and diplomacy can not do. The way you present your idea will determine how you will be treated. If you show uncommon intelligence and willingness to learn, you can get what ever you want.

That is why it is always good to have a skill before we gain an admission in to school

It is sad to say that people will land to good jobs if they were graduated from universities. Unlike before that high school graduates can find jobs easily and not now.

It's like a hurdle because for many jobs you won't be eligible as you are not experienced and I have faced this a lot early in my life

Here, there's no way a fresh graduate can get a job which requires working experience. I always advice students to do summer jobs during school days to get experience.

I have heard cases of people who where lucky enough to land such jobs but in most times you just have to look for ways to gain this experience cause some business owners would not allow you earn along the way.

It is better to find where to gain experience first, even if it with a small pay so you can gather enough experience to work in a better place

In our country, there are vocational schools and short term courses for training, and even gives allowance. That would be a great step.

it is never easy because you need to be very good to get the job without the needed experience years

Yeah too bad most companies hire those who has working experience. Poor newly graduated people.

The only way you could get work that requires experienced hands is to get such skills beforehand or immediately out of the school. This would give you an edge for the job.

That's the issue we hardly have good companies that want to employ new graduates very bad here

In school, there is what we call industrial training. you can use that particular period to gather as much experience as possible so that you'll be considered in such a job. That is presently what I am doing because I am an engineering student.

Apart from lying. Some of the boss in a company will employ some inexperience worker because they are related
