Are All Private Limited Companies Exploit Employees?

Whatever I have experienced in my life is most of the private sector companies are exploiting their employees with their methods but sadly there is no way to stop them unless we are confident enough to start a new job.

I think we can still report them to the authorities for exploiting their employees. In my country, it is not allowed to do this. They will surely be reported.

Those private companies are able to bribe the authorities and this way you cannot make them answerable.

Exploiting the employees are good if it deals how to make the employees Iives bountiful but if the exploitation is for their own, they'll be sanctioned by law.

They exploit employees by making them work for long duration and pay less and many times pay in cash to keep them deprive of all the benefits which they will get if they are on company roll.

But those highly qualified never allow to be exploited by the company. That's employee abuse.

I'm my country the private limited companies tend to exploit the poor employees in the name of luck of employment in the country. They for sure take advantage of the large population of jobless to exploit the workers.

Yes, there are private companies which exploit employees. But companies also need talented people to work for them. They have to offer a high salary and other fringe benefits to lure smart, knowledgeable, skillful and experienced people to work for them.
