Are women better than men in management positions?

For some time now in the business world, there have been a long going argument. There are does who believe when it comes to handling management positions, women should not be allowed to run such positions as they would not be able to function, while there are does who think the opposite. Personally I do not think being good in management has anything to do with gender. Anyone can be good in these positions, it all has to do with their personal capabilities.

I recently visited an office where all the employees were men, so in these cases the management is also likely to be male. Management skills do not depend on the gender.

For me, being good in management has notthing to do with gender. Anyone can be good in these positions. But I do prefer a male because they do not really have much to do at the Homefront like womem.

I think capability is the key. Gender has nothing to do with it. Both men and women can be good managers. But I find that in my place, there are some sectors such as banking, while there are women who hold high position, but the CEO is always a man.
