Yes I am addicted to sweets of any kind especially chocolate. In the morning sometimes depending on if I have my sweetened creamer for my coffee I will add sugar. The friends we are camping with use brown sugar in their coffee I tried it and really liked it

No, I am not. Being a diabetic person I don't eat sugary things. Even I drink tea without sugar and I have been doing this from last 20 years or more.

I used to. I love cakes, Chinese sweet dumplings and sweet soup. I am reducing the intake of sweet foods now. I just have dark chocolates which are not too sweet.
