Are you always sick of what?

There are sickly people suffering a sickness like asthma, hyper, cardiac malfunction, arthritis, meningitis and more? I am thankful to God I don't have a bad sickness. But I sometimes get cold but I only drink lemon juice with honey. What's your sickness apart from what's mentioned here?

I have very sensitive skin and get skin rash once in a while. I also have eczema which can be quite annoying. When it gets serious, I have to go to see my doctor.

I agree. My blood pressure is back to normal now. I was able to control it by doing intermittent fasting.
