This actually exists and the countries that can afford Artificial rain get it done by a specialized team and they charge a lot of money for this and since it involves a lot of money not many countries can afford that and last time it was Dubai that opted for it.

This is strange. Since it is not that expensive, they must go for it.

Have you read about the consequences of this technique? Where it should have rained, it didn't. Why? Because this technique caused targeted condensation, artificial rain, and natural condensation, natural rain, never occurred.
