Are you on Good terms with your boss?

I am not currently working under anyone, but back then I was in good terms with my boss and even presently I am still in good terms with him.

That's great. Most bosses are rude to their subordinates. They don't understand the emotions of anyone , they need their tasks to be completed. This is what the culture here in my organisation.

it is not good not to be in good terms with your boss. You would never enjoy such a workplace I believe

I am a freelancer, I do not have a boss. But when I used to work in an office I was in good terms with my boss until one that day when he threatened me to fire me if I don't obey him. I resigned

It is also the same scenario. I am the boss of my time. Eventhough I am connected with online companies, I am still working with them as a freelancer.
