You can change the password then if you can still remember the email you used.

It does have the "forgotten password" option but i have tried all my mails but not confirmation came in, probably someone else's use my IP address for the site without my consent.

I don't know why this problem occur a lot with faucets . I have experienced it myself with cyptowin faucet
