They don't sell anything. They are like an affiliate so whatever you like to buy from Amazon or other websites you just need to start that from cash Karo means you need to open it's app and click on Amazon and it'll redirect you to amazon and can start shopping as you normally do and after your purchase it'll let you know about the cashback that you'll be earning

No problem it's your choice. I think it can work on the website version too. I have got paid once or twice and most of the times I forgot to shop through it so earnings are less and they take time to credit cashback to our account.
