As long as we start it now, better late than never, my friend. I have one daughter that still young, lucky me my wife really good at managing our cashflow and income. So, i just have to work so hard to earn more (offline and online)

Yeah it isn't about having it but just starting it at any point we are. it will help us to save money for retirement.

My mom is really enjoy her retirement day, she has pension that give her enough money every month. And i dont have to worry about her anymore because her money is more than enough for her life.

And i work really hard today because i want to be like my mom, less worry, less stress and enjoying life to the fullest

I think we don't need to rely on our kids a lot during retirement. saving up will reduce our dependence level.

This is good especially if you retire at a senior position. You would have better offers at retirement.

Government employee and yes her monthly money is more than enough for her. Sometimes, my daughter always get money from her grandma.

That's true. Government employees live better than the employees of the private sector. They are given free medical treatment and many other perks.

Financial needs are met if we save money when we are working. I have seen people living miserable life when they don't have money saved. So it's better to save money than to repent afterwards

I would like to invest in real estate and property so as to increase my passive earnings and this way we can plan for our retirement
