As a young person, would you do farming business?

Farming is regarded as an occupation for the lowly. But the irony is that the demand for food keeps increasing. Some of our young people feel that farming is too lowly and dirty for them. They prefer posh businessses like make up and the rest.

As a young person, would you engage in farming business if given the opportunity?

If I am well-equipped with agriculture, I would want to do farming. Did you know that most farmers are so rich for farming? That is why we cannot underestimate them for being in this kind of venture.

Naturally, I love agriculture especially farming. I love everything that have to do with planting and tendering plants. Am planning to have plantain plantation and palm tree plantation. How do you mean investing in it? I prefer owning a farm as a business. I won't have to do the work. I would pay people i work on the farm.

I don't really have interest in agriculture business but I can invest in an agriculture business that I see that is reliable and is ready to offer a meaningful return, so I can earn passively from there

In this part of the world there are some young people who are into farming such as fish farming, poultry farming and they are making a lot of money from it.

The key is in keeping on doing what you know how to do. I don't care what people think about me as far as I make money from what I am doing. Young people want to be tushed up and all. That's why they don't like farming.

I'm still very young as far as I'm concerned and I'm heavily involved agriculture. I have a fish farming business and also poultry farm now with over 200 birds.

You think quite differently. So many young people in my state would not want to do poultry farming. They would regard it as a dirty job meant for people that haven't gone to school.

In Malaysia, Thailand and other countries, young people are making good money from agriculture. It is only in Africa that people look down on agriculture. I would do agricultural business if given the opportunity.

Why this happens is because of the picture of farmers this young people grew up to see. With the emergence of modern customers, farming business would be attractive as time goes on.
