As an employee, do you prefer hourly pay or monthly pay?

Yes that's why I like online jobs when once you are able to get to psyout you get your money. So I like instant psy I wish we can be paid same way offline

Hourly pay remain good and it just raise confidence level of an individual as employee work and get payment while in monthly pay there remain a chance as company may give late payment.

My choice would be based on how much i would get. If working and getting paid per hour means i get to earn more, then i think it would be a better choice for me.

Hourly payment affords you to make more money provided you put in the effort. The challenge is that if you are slick or unable to work, you earn nothing.

For monthly payments, the pay might be lower but sick days are part of the month and you would be paid.

Unfortunately here in my country it is always very difficult for you to see companies that will pay you by the hour which is why all of them pay you on monthly basis but most people would prefer to be paid by the hour.

If I had to personally choose, I would prefer a job that pays me monthly with a (more or less) fixed amount of money. This is because, although the earnings may be lower than the hourly wage, it would give me more security in the event of an accident or illness.

There is a reason Western countries adopt hourly pay. That's because it helps a person to have control of his or her time. I prefer hourly pay than monthly pay that they wouid make sure you work for long hours each day.

This is very correct and as a result of that, it is why so many companies in my country don't like to use that mode of payment for their workers because they will have to pay more to them.
