Aside money what's motivate you to work?

I know that life would be very boring if we didn't have jobs to tend to as I'm no social butterfly. So aside making money I find jobs interesting to do . How about you?

Other than making money, I love my freelance work. I feel rewarding when I did a piece of good translation work. As I also offer business consulting service to SMEs, I feel good to be able to help my clients.

I spend most of my time at home and need to stay busy, to maintain my sanity. In addition to earning money online, I need tasks to keep me busy and prevent boredom.

I agree, jobs provide structure and purpose beyond just earning money. While I'm not extremely extroverted, I find satisfaction in putting effort towards tasks and projects. My online work allows me to apply my skills and knowledge in productive ways. It's rewarding to take on challenges and see the results of my work.
