You don't have to be pushy on customers asking them to refer others. If your business is top class, the customers would be the one to give you referrals themselves.

When customers drop reviews about your products, it is them putting in a word to get you referrals. Always try to get them to drop reviews on reputable platforms for your products. It would go a long way.

Well, I don’t think that will be a good way to put them to test and that’s because some people may buy be good at referring other customers

You just want them to help you bring more customers which could be their friends or family members. You could give them little incentive for that

I believe getting referrals from customers happen naturally if they are actually satisfied. You don't even need to ask for it. I refer others to businesses that have served me well even if they have not asked for the referral.

Asking your customers for referrals is a good way to grow your business. Sometimes even your good customer service and products alone pushed your customers to refer other people to you. But it is also great to ask them to refer you everytime they come.
