At what age should you give your child a smartphone?

3 years age is too early to give the kids a phone. There can be ill effects of using the phone for them

The kids at 3 are already smart. They only use the phone to play games for kids, There are math games and english.That is what they always practice. The also like the Talking Tom and they laugh aloud .
