Every good thing has its bad sides. Yes it is good to take an individual decision which will might be fast and quick but it also comes with its bad sitea. The bad sides is that you would only see things based on your own perception. You might be taking a wrong decision as you don't have a second party to confirm such decisions

It's true I totally agree with you. In addition, the business will be less developed because it does not want to hear input or ideas from other people. Because to develop in a better direction sometimes requires positive input and suggestions from others, it is necessary to consider the ideas that come before making a decision.

We are not saying he should take the decision with anybody. He should at least have other perspectives, weigh them and make decisions. You know what they say that a problem shared is half solved.

You may not be aware of some silent trends in the market. Consulting can help to broaden your ideas but it is not mandatory or compulsory that you will follow the ideas.

The disadvantage of taking decision without consulting others is that you will take full responsibility of the decision if it backfires. Secondly, cit may bring about division and internal conflict in an organization. In fact, some members will start to work against you so that your plan will fail.

Even if you are a sole proprietor, it is not out of place to ask people who are older than you in business and age for their sound perspective. I still talk to my mom before making decisions.

In business sometimes we need to take quick decision while some decisions needs to be take time to finalize by discussing it with other members. In my case mostly I take quick decision and finalize thing at the spot.
