I feel lazy sometimes and on those occasions, I keep browsing the web, and Instagram and waste hours and hours

Well, I don't know if I could call it a bad habbit but nonetheless it's a habbit I would like to stop. I have this bad habbit of slaving in the kitchen and eating afterwards. I can slave for hours but I won't eat. My family will be happy enjoying my meals and complimenting my cooking but it won't even move me to eat.

I have this habit too and lately, my patience level is going down with every passing day and that's why I find myself dealing with people and actually arguementing at small things

Stop procrastinating and move almost immediately it helps a lot.

Well, I would not call it a habit but more of an emotional issue. I would really like to conquer my temper and manage my anger
