To run a business and have experience it is good for people to work for other organizations for a while before starting their own businesses to build the experience on management that you would help one run the business
In my case, I have no experience before deciding to operate a milk tea business. It is just a matter of guts and willingness to be trained. Also, if there is a ready capital , one can land a business with or without experience.
Yes that's true, though I think it also depends on the kind of business you are into. For example someone who wants to to start a business related to health, needs to have some level of training and in some cases certifications before they can operate.
