Yeah from the companies view, the company will gain many benefits when they hire the same person who works on a full time on the part time job, like you said the cost effectivity is good, and also they save he money they will spend to train the new person but giving the job for a person already working for them.

I do not think that we need to limit ourselves. If there is a chance of having a part-time job, why not grab it. It is the opportunity to earn something more than the usual for having a regular job, either online or offline.

I agree with you. Although it is also a win-win situation for the company. They do not need to give them more compensations because they do not have contracts agreed upon certain things. Some companies love having subcontract workers.

That's right it is a win win situation as they do little jobs as part timers they get little pay and compensation as well. Nothing big deal for them
