From your point of view as a business owner, what do you think is the best time to resume work? Most business organizations like banks for example tend to resume work around 8am in the morning, while there are some places who resume 9am or 10am. I have worked in a place that make sure we resume around 7am. What do you think is the best time to resume?

In my location, the office hours of most companies is 9am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Restaurants, bakeries usually open earlier at around 7 am. Shops selling clothes and personal care products open a bit later at round 10am.
I would say this depends from business to business. I think it would depend on the times that a business starts getting busy with customers. For example, it wouldn't be a smart business decision for a restaurant to resume work at 6 am unless they specialise in breakfast and have a massive customer base that enjoys their breakfast options. Whereas, for banks, I think the best time for them to resume work would be as early as possible so that people can get their work done and also so that the banks don't get crowded at closing hours.
Different workplaces may have different policies pertaining to this. If your customers visit your place early, then it would be a good thing to open business earlier. Banks usually open at 8:00 AM because this is the time when the government requires them to work.

The time to resume to work depends in an organization and the resumption time varies accordingly. There are businesses yay that open from 9 in the morning 10 and there are also others that start at 8. There's none here that starts at 7:30.
