scammers are out to make money and they come up with different types of investment schemes to dupe people. There's the pump and dump investment scam you should beware.

The scam here is about scammers
buying cheap stocks and then look for buyers to sell the stock to. They lie about the quality of the stocks to raise their prices.

People will fall for it thinking the stocks are of quality and a good investment, so they buy at that higher price.

The scammer will sell them all off at the higher price, then the stock price will drop and the buyers or investors will left with worthless stocks that they can't sell to recoup their money.
