As a business owner, you have the autonomy to make different kinds of decisions that you want but when you work with someone, it means that you would follow directions that is set by others.
Entrepreneurs have a lot of opportunity to build something from the ground to the top and it shows that it give room for creativity and innovation but employees can only contribute to an existing structure.
Job security differs and it greatly depend on the certainties or uncertainties faced by the business owners but employees are more stable because it is a fixed carrier path.
The entrepreneurs has the opportunities to benefit from tax advantages and deductions which is not readily available for the employees, thereby influencing their overall financial strategies.
The employees often have more predictable income than the business owners and this makes budgeting and financial planning a more straightforward thing compared to the income of a business owner that is not fixed.
The business owners would normally have higher level experience on accountability for the business to become very successful while the employees would only engage themselves in shared responsibilities which is good for them.
The job satisfaction for business owners will come from building a business that is meaningful and successful while employees would find fulfillment in contributing their own quota to a larger business vision.
