Binance is one of the best exchanges to use if you want to earn free BTC as all one's trading fees automatically be converted into Binance Tokens. This is just like what you would have earned from just holding Bitcoin on that wallet.

I've not really coming across binance faucet. I want to confirm if this is real.

I'm not aware that Binance has its own token. It's an exchange with BNB as its utility token, and networks as BEP2 and BEP20.

I joined Binance months ago but faced a few issues because of KYC so I stepped out and not part of Binance now

I too would like to try out the binace bitcoin wallet so that I can enjoy the benefits of it. I think the faucet is automatically linked into it.
