Bitzlato founder arrested in US

US authorities took action against much unknown exchange platform BitZlato, this name has now rocked the social media. However it has two theories, some people claims it is Russiane, some says it is Hong Hong based exchange.

Regarding this, it has come to light that Binance is being investigated in the US, withdrawals of less than 100k with the SWIFT system have been paused in Binance
