Its not a good feeling and you will feel guilty but we need to apologise for the same to the person and after that we may feel better

There are times when we cannot run away from these and we make these out of love, affection and respect

I have this nature that if someone asks me kindly I promise them so I try to complete it because by nature I like to help others

As much as I know that it sounds insensitive I always tell people that promises are meant to be broken in as much as they are meant to be kept as well. This is the reason why it is always very difficult for me to make any promises to anyone.

I really felt bad and uncomfortable. I barely make promises nowadays cause i've also felt disappointed by someone that made a promise to me so to avoid being hurt or to break any bond i stop making promises i only make promises when i know fully well that i can fulfill it.

I ever broke a promise because of an urgent situation, so I would feel guilty. So, I'll apologize before the appointed time arrives, or if that's not possible then after. I also really hate people who easily break promises without a clear and reasonable reason.
