I am always loaded mentally every day. But I see to it that I am getting enough sleep and eating healthy food. For these reasons, I am maintaining mental stability. If not, I will not function well.
I do exercise and play mahjong game (a traditional Chinese game) to keep myself mentally alert. I also read and try to write songs and eat healthy foods.
I think mediation and involving yourself in games that requires you to think or solve things might help. Consuming books that test you at every turn is good.
