As a business man he must be a person of integrity and excellence to inspire others and bring the good reputation to outside business that customers always cherish. They will keep on coming back to the business.
Integrity is essential to a business. It involves the reputation of the business. No one will buy from a company which is dishonest, sells fake products, provides bad customer service.

Business integrity is a characteristic imbued by the business owner reflected to his goods, products, or sales. He will be adjudged by customers as man with integrity coupled with his good manners shown to customers that imbibed them to become loyal.
People who have good personal ethics usually have good business ethics. This will help them do good by others no matter the situation they find themselves in. It's something we should all cultivate, but most times, greed gets the best of us.
These days is very difficult to see entrepreneur that have such integrity. Most businesses use to cut corners to make more profits. I doubt if there is genuine business enterprise again. It is unfortunate.

Agree on your contention of business integrity. Most businesses today have hidden agenda. There are products still sold despite expired, old products sold already months old but the old prices were tampered by new pricess thus gaining more.
That's the reality that happens a lot here too. Even some traders hide defects in their products and still sell them at normal product prices. I had bought a product whose packaging had been torn, I was disappointed.

It's obvious they're cheating people in broad daylight. I do not believe them as men of integrity. They're making their business ugly dishonorable. But in malls, they're selling products in good faith. They're true businessmen with integrity.
