If you start an offline business, the location of your business is very important. Location depends on the type of business you are going start and it needs a careful planning. If your business has to do with sales then the centre of the city is the best location for it otherwise you can find a quieter location.
Location in business really matters because even how good your products or services offered if it lacks the right place for everybody then it could be tough for the business success.
I would say it depends on your audience. Are you targeting the younger generation or families? Think about renting a location in a mall or in a shopping center

There are many factors that determines the location of a business. Closeness to raw materials and market if you're into production. Your location has to be in a commercial area and close to your house too.To start a business you need a location to start on but how do you know the best location that suit your business?
My take on this is this, It depends on the type of the business you are starting. For instance you can put up a chemistry shop near hospitals and bookstore near some schools. However you can start any business in the town centres because of the availability of market due to multitude of people who are flooded in towns 24/7.

I think the best way to find out the right location that suits your business is through research. First and foremost you already know the business you are about going into, the next thing to do would be to search for a place where your services is needed.
